George is a passionate and meticulous maritime transport and logistics professional, with over 10 years’ experience. He is known for his hands-on approach, innovation and versatility working on numerous projects at the academic, corporate and national levels to drive growth. George earned his MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the renowned School of Management, Cranfield University in the U.K. and his PhD in Transport Economics and Management from Shanghai Maritime University in China. George is a Chartered Logistician (CMILT) with the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and a member of Ghana’s Transport Ministry’s Transport Sector Working Group (TSWG) and Transport Planning Group (TPG). George also serves as an international advisor on the DANIDA funded Port Efficiency and Private Participation (PEPP) project and is a Non-Executive Director of Greenline Logistics, one of Ghana’s leading specialist logistics firms.
